Lets have a quick review for now!


Quick review of fat loss 4 idiots ;

We were surprised to find this contains 2 diets in the main product and if you get the upgrade it gives you another one to choose from!

The first diet is a ‘casual’ diet for those that don’t like too much structure, it gives you a set of 10 principles to follow to get you eating more healthily and eating in a way that will help you to lose weight.

The second diet is the one where you use the online software, this allows you to pick your favourite foods from a selection of 46 different ones so you avoid any foods you really hate which would probably wreck your chances of sticking to the diet.

It then generates a page for you to print out which tells you exactly what to eat for each of the 4 meals per day for 11 days, there are different rules for this diet which you see before you use the software and the main ones are repeated at the bottom of that page so when you print it out then you have everything at hand.

After the 11 days of dieting then you get 3 days off to eat normally, so you can go out with friends etc and enjoy yourself. Then you go back onto the 11 days of dieting if you need to lose more weight.

The ‘Beyond Calories’ upgrade is another diet, a 10 day diet where you eat 6 meals a day and each meal is planned out for you from a list of foods that have been split into 4 groups. You get told how many types of food and which group to choose from for each meal.

The casual diet is a bit dispappointing and the lack of any support for diet related questions, or a forum etc is also disappointing, but the main software generated diet and the tips on how to eat healthily once you reach your target weight are good. We are not too sure about the upgrade because you have enough to get on with in the main product so you don’t really need another diet to follow.
